- We invite you to arrive 15 minutes early. You can freely enjoy a complimentary Himalayan salt hand and foot detox while you unwind.
- Product-Free Skin: Maximize far-infrared absorption by arriving free of lotions, oils, and makeup.
- Attire: Embrace comfort – wear light, breathable clothing or swimwear to maximize skin exposure to the soothing infrared heat and salt. Note: Light colors are recommended to keep you comfortable while the pharmaceutical-grade salt works its magic.
- Hydration Ritual: Please drink 16–20 ounces of water or electrolytes beforehand.
